Bought it to replace one bought over lockdown which the dog bit through!. Great value. easy to follow instructions. I did it alone. takes a while to fill!. states it is for 4-6 people but perfect for 4 and have not tried with more than 4. The WIFi control is essential and upgrade from my previous. Make sure you inflate the lid well as it helps to retain heat and keep bill down. Lid does collect rain water.

Wanted a lay-z-spa for years and finally treated myself this year. Bought the smallest model - the Aruba - as this was the only one I had room for. Great quality and I’ve not been disappointed, it’s everything I hoped for! A small amount of maintenance each day goes a long way - I bought the Clearwater chemical starter kit which includes tests strips which allow you to test the chlorine and pH levels - really important. I also bought a lay-z-spa vac which I use daily to get the debris off the bottom. The spa does come with a cover but I upgraded to a thermal cover (around £80) which adds extra insulation and cuts down on running costs. The instructions that come with the spa are next to useless but there are plenty of set up guides on YouTube that are really helpful and you should be up and running in no time. Running costs are pretty good if your spa is well insulated and it’s cheaper not to let the spa water cool completely as it takes a lot of energy to heat it. I usually turn mine off overnight and then on the next day when I do the maintenance which only takes ten minutes or so. Highly recommended!

I purchased this baby for muscle relaxing after the gym. The directions may as well go in the bin for the use they were. Youtube video was better. Great size for 2 adults or 4 very friendly adults. One minus for me is the air jet bubbles. When it's bubbling, you are losing heat all the time because the air jets are obviously cold. It drops quite fast so you have to have it set at 39-40c to counteract it. On a hot day I come home from the gym and switch it on and by time I'm out of the shower it's dropped 2c. Also, make sure you get your plus and minus, your strips, defoamer and chlorine. Some nice Epsom salts to stop your skin drying out and a fishing net. All these things are important. Oh and extra filters and filter cleaner. I bought the waterfall separately but tbh we never use it. If you do, to make the squirt better, unscrew the filter screw and it makes the waterfall reach the other end of the pool. Not too noisy, I can barely hear it inside. Protection cover is great with the child clips so they can't open it. Tons of fun. So glad I bought it. Didn't take long to fill, prob 4 hours maybe. Started heating at 5pm and was ready by 7am next day

So glad we chose the square model Lovely and spacious for 2 people and not too intimate with four. Good strong bubbles Would recommend placing it on an insulated board and a mat to preserve some heat. Pump is a soft drone so not too annoying unless right outside bedroom window!! It comes up to temperature quite quickly and holds its temperature when left on 37 38 39 is just lovely the base is squishy and quite comfy. We have it on all the time and were in it on Xmas day! Once inflated, surround is very sturdy and good to climb over. The lid might need pumping up occasionally but easy to do. The Clips need to be done up tightly to avoid water pooling on the lid. This will happen if it's not on a completely flat surface All in all , very pleased, great Value for money and it has changed our leisure time for the better. Now we go in every evening instead of watching trashy TV, a perfect wind down before bed.

Arrived on time easy to set up have used 3 times now (weather has been rubbish) took a while to heat up but it’s a long water to heat - No complaints at all - Bring on the summer - Great price great product - Took advantage of the extended warranty which is free

Looked at a few hot tubs but decided nether Ibiza because of its size. So glad I did. 4 easily fits in heating is great. 40 degrees . It's very easy to use. Very sturdy I love it

We got a summer and a half out of our Milan hot tub. It was great at first. We cleaned and maintained it regularly exactly as instructed. Then the errors started. E02 after a couple of hours of it being on. We tried every troubleshooting step on the website to no avail. Contacted LayZspa to be told it was out of warranty and nothing to be done. I was about 2 weeks beyond the warranty date. We tried buying spare parts and replacing each possible part that we could. Still we get E02. Now all that's left to do is drain it and bin it. What a waste of money.
