My initial concern about the size disappeared as I, standing at 5’10” and weighing 99kg, found it spacious and comfortable. The build quality is solid, and though it's durable, I did encounter a minor issue with the inflatable rim, which was quickly sorted. Maintaining the temperature can be challenging during the warmer months, but the thermal lid does an excellent job of keeping the water cool for longer. I've incorporated this into my post-gym routine, and it’s been fantastic for muscle recovery. The side drain and extendable hose make emptying simple, allowing me to recycle the water for my garden, an added bonus! A stellar buy backed by superb customer service, it’s made coping with London’s unpredictable weather a bit more bearable.

The media could not be loaded. I don't even leave reviews but this product has blown me away with regards to the quality of the product, the packaging, the price and the delivery. To start with, the ice bath was delivered a day early which was a real treat as I was excitedly counting down the sleeps. Secondly, the packaging was second to none with clear instructions and even spare pieces should you need it in the future. The assembly didn't take me long at all and I was surprised at how quickly the tub fills up. The ice bath also came with a free ice pillow gift which was a real treat and surprise as well. The ice bath is spacious and feels extremely sturdy and I can comfortably climb in and easily sit cross legged in there ( I am 5ft 9). I often sea swim to help with my pain as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes me joint pain so I bought this to allow me to be able to continue to feel the benefits of cold water therapy all year round even on days where the weather isn't great or I can't make it down to the sea. The cold water is a huge relief and even after only one 15 minute session in there tonight (my first go) I can confidently say this will help me no end and I came out feeling amazing. I would definitely recommend this product and with having the extra promotional 30% off voucher it made it a real bargain!

The ice bath was delivered on time and come nicely packaged it come so well packaged that I didn’t think a ice bath could possibly be in there, once it’s out of the packaging I was set to building the bath which was super easy and came with instructions and also you can scan the qr code to get instructions on YouTube the only thing I couldn’t workout is the longish plastic white tube which my 18month old love to play with I guess it’s he’s toy now. Then I got the non slip mat out which is a really good quality mat I love this idea of not having to get out onto the dirty floor outside known I’m safe to get out quickly. I set my ice bath on top of the Matt and filled it with cold water once full you can see how good the quality and sturdy it is, this is a great product and worth the money. I will definitely recommend anyone to this company who is looking for an ice bath.

As a family we wanted to improve our mental and physical health. I heard a lot about ice bath therapy and decided to buy one for father's Day knowing that everyone in the family would use and benefit from it. The Polar Recovery Tub was very reasonably priced and the only tub I could find with 12 months warranty. My husband was thrilled to receive his tub but unfortunately there was a tiny hole at the very top which only leaked when the water level increased when the tub was occupied. I contacted the seller, who instantly replied reassuring me of a replacement. I had several messages keeping me informed of my replacement, tracking information etc. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Amazing! This is why we should support small businesses as they look after their customers. I can't tell you how impressed I am of their level of service. I would recommend them whole heartedly. The tub, is incredibly easy to put together, it takes up little space In the garden. It comes with an elasticated lid that keeps bugs and leaves out, a floating thermometer, water outlet spout with hose and pump for inflating the comfortable ring around the top of the tub. It's incredibly sturdy and very spacious inside. We are already enjoying the benefits of the tub and only wish I'd bought one sooner.

This was my original review and i gave it 3 stars.... It's a great product with simple setup and the general feel is good quality. Sadly after a few months the inflatable ring around the top lost pressure with a puncture on a seam. After several attempts it won't repair and hold air. Other than that the main body is good. The lid collects water when it rains and sags which can be a frustration so I see lumi sell a ufo lid which I would suggest looking at. Updated Aug 30th 2024, the company proactively reached out having seen my issue with the puncture and sent out a brand new tub! That action goes a long way and having been considering stepping up to a chilled unit arrangement they are now top of the list...when i can afford it that is! Thanks Mike.

If you’ve been looking for at at home ice bath, this is a great value for the money. We set it up in our garage and use a pool hose to drain the water every couple of days so we don’t have to worry about having a dead spot in our yard. It took about five minutes to set up and is really easy to clean with the second person holding it up. You just spray it down. We clean it about every 3 to 4 days. Great purchase.

I wanted to try the cold bath therapy. I'm a housecleaner, been sore is part of my daily life. I wanted to speed up my recovery time. My back has always been bothering me. My arms and legs feels so heavy. I've read that cold therapy is very beneficial for the mind and body and i wanted to give it a try. I was so happy to see the box on my front step. This was very easy to assemble. I live in Canada so for the winter, I've placed the this cold bath in my garage so water don't freeze outside of the house. I've been using this product since September. I've seen so much healing, quick muscle recovery, I'm more awake, more alerts. My mind is a bit more clear. It's a whole mental process been in the cold water. I feel so much more confident. The body just do a reset physically and mentally. It's kind of hard to explain but i love it. Also, you have to change the water every 10 days. You just have to unplug, wait for water to drain, rince a bit and refill it. Easy-to-use. The material is very resistant. I'm 5'2" but my husband is 6' and he can sit inside no problem. We're very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been looking into a cold plunge option that wasn’t going to burn a hole in wallet or take up a ton of space in my home. This sits in a corner in my backyard! Pros: -Easy to set up! -Great for San Francisco weather. I don’t worry about it get warm or needing to add a ton of ice. Keeps cold and around 54-59 degrees over night, I only use old ice packs I have and the pink ice pack they included for free. -Affordable and great quality! Was worried that for the price I’d be getting a flimsy product with potential leakage but so far so good! Things that could be better -drainage if you are trying to reuse the water for plants or other things. Despite this, really easy if you are just going to drain -more ice packs would be nice but honestly grateful for the free one they include -not many bad things to say. You get what you pay for and you definitely get your moneys worth! Highly recommend!

Overall an outstanding product to have! So far the only thing I have improved on with this is putting small screws in at the base of each leg as they want to fall out easily, but, I do naturally look to improve anything I buy or make. I also spent another $30 on tubing and plumbing attachments from home depot so I can fill and drain this easily without having to use buckets
